Message	If your bolster is completely trashed, you might consider getting some high quality foam from a fabric shop, gluing up the thickness you need, and then shaping it with an electric carving knife. The seat cover will pull it to final shape. My driver's seat also had a chewed up bolster - and I added some foam on top and shaped it a bit, pulled it down with new seat cover and it looks good.
